2 THE XTREME YOUTH FESTIVAL (2TX)
The 2TX Youth Festival runs annually with events for young people aged five to 25 including skate and BMX competitions and demonstrations, MC battles, dance performances, street parties and a disco. Over three days, well-known professional artists run workshops as young people, from Bendigo, Kyneton, Castlemaine, Maldon, Ballarat and surrounds, vie for the competition prizes. Past special guests have included MC Surreal, Diversity Crew, Existance, DJ Lewis Cancut, DJ Jayden and So you think you can dance celebrities, Talia Fowler (2009 winner), Joel ‘JD’ de Carteret and Stephen Tannos.
